Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If your product is damaged when you receive it, please email us at karenessentials918@gmail.com in subject line "Received Damaged Product". Send a photo of the damaged product and a brief statement sharing your concern. We will review your email and get back to you letting you know how to proceed. We may ask you to return the product (at your expense) or we may agree to ship a replacement product, or your request may be denied. Return request or replacement must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

We ship nationwide from our little studio in Maryland. 

We process orders within one to two business days. Orders received on Friday will be processed on the next business day. During peak season, or when there is in climate weather it may take a bit longer. 

We use USPS, the United States Postal Service, as you may know, USPS is going through some internal changes and packages may take longer than expected. Even if you choose priority mail with 2-day shipping may experience delays.
